Your appointments are very important to the Houston’s Medspa + Wellness team members, it is reserved specifically for you. We respectfully require a 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid any cancellation fees and/or forfeiting services.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Houston’s Medspa + Wellness team members schedules filled, properly thus better serving everyone.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to $100 fee.
- “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period that need to cancel, must do so 4 hours prior to the appointment time.
- Services may be held with a credit card.
- A credit card “hold” transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
As a courtesy, Houston MedSpa + Wellness sends a confirmation email two business days (48 hours) prior to your appointment. Please ensure your email address is current to receive these reminders.
Courtesy reminder calls may be made 24 hours prior; however, if we are unable to reach you, your appointment will remain as scheduled.
While reminders are provided for your convenience, appointments remain the responsibility of each guest. We kindly ask that you keep note of your scheduled time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, or applicable fees.

To reserve your consultation, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your dedicated appointment time and will be applied toward your treatment should you choose to proceed.
Kindly note that deposits are forfeited in the event of a missed appointment or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
To ensure your treatments remain safe and medically appropriate, a $150 Medical Clearance Fee is required annually (every 12 months). This allows our medical team to review and maintain your clearance for ongoing services.

As a recipient of services at Houston MedSpa + Wellness, you are fully responsible for all charges associated with the treatments you receive.
While you may choose to utilize third-party financing or alternative payment options, you remain legally and financially responsible for the full balance of your account.
We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with any questions regarding payment options prior to your service.
Aesthetic and wellness treatments are not an exact science. While we strive to achieve optimal outcomes and anticipate positive results, no guarantees or warranties—expressed or implied—can be made regarding individual results.
Should additional treatments be recommended or desired to achieve your aesthetic goals, all associated costs remain the financial responsibility of the client.
Please note that pricing is subject to change and may vary based on current promotions, provider recommendations, or updated service pricing.
We are committed to transparency and will always discuss treatment plans and investment details with you prior to proceeding.
The responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items held in courtesy by us on your behalf remain exclusively with you. Feel free to maintain your belongings in your personal custody during your appointment.

There will be no refund for services already provided.
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are available for purchase in person or over the phone. Gratuities are not included on gift cards/certificates and cannot be used for this purpose.
Gift cards should be used as cash. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates or gift cards, if lost or expired.
Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you could give us! To show our appreciation, if the patient your refer purchases a treatment, you will receive a 10% credit to be used towards any service of your choice. It is our special way of saying thank you for spreading the love!
Houston’s Medspa + Wellness MedSpa provides services that cater to adults. Medical treatments can be performed on clients at least 18 years of age and facial clients may be as young as 13, with parental consent. As a courtesy to all our clients and in order to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 14 to any MedSpa appointment. We will automatically reschedule your appointment if children are present.
